I get that, @elianaicgomes! But you need to listen to your body too. I am much more of a morning/daytime person. I try and save simple tasks for at night like surfing or clicking on email links for credits. Coffee at night would be a bad idea for me. I like it alot but I'd be staring at the ceiling all night.

Yeah, I try to listen to my body but I'm stubborn sometimes lol when I'm too tired I try to power nap but if there's no power still then I shut down everything and go to bed. I blame David for not falling asleep before me ahaha

I avoid coffee as well at night so if I really need it I try not to drink later than 4 pm and go for tea after that time.

@elianaicgomes, I know stubborn very well. I just have to look in the mirror at myself. 😂😂 Without being stubborn we wouldn't last here. Power naps don't work for me. I wake up from those more tired than when I started. I would much rather have a nap on the couch watching TV at night before going to bed 😂😂 Not really but that's how it seems to work for me.
Ah, Does David know it's his fault? Working around kids and their waking and sleep schedules is an added challenge.
I know from watching my nephew and his wife with my great nephews.
