I have to get back into it. This last week I've had sinus headaches and a sore throat from allergens in the air. Even exercising indoors has not been an option. That's what I usually do anyway.

Ahh allergies. My colleague is also terribly affected by it in spring. It is most unfair that some have to struggle so much with it. I hope the situation gets better sooner rather than later
Thanks for that! I am sick of feeling like I have a cold when I don't. I guess it ticks me off cuz it is something I can't control. 😂
yeah, it's sort of almost provoking actually, from nature's side, when you think of it. Yeah I hope it loosens up for you soon!
