That’s exactly what I have been doing since I joined in December Hive. Engaging. Commenting, replying and keep a conversation going.
It helps in so many ways.
Also getting to know people and learning more about Hive, Leofinance etc.
Although I been away for the last 2 weeks, I’m picking it right up again 😎
Wish more people see what is needed and how they can help.
Have a great Sunday all!

Don't relent bro and keep working hard, don't give up, it is very good to keep doing that on a consistent level to get reward

I won’t @dwayne16 😉💃🏻
I just keep doing what I have been doing, even up my game a bit 😎

That will be great

Upping the game is a great idea.
Glad you thought of it.

Of course, the only way forwards… 😎

Bro?
Quite presumptive.

You are an apple in the eye of Leofinance (and Hive) @littlebee4.
Glad you are back after your hiatus. You are correct, we all wish more people engage. It is amazing, on Leofianance, we can earn while learning. There is so much knowledge on here people would be wise to insert themselves.

Thank you so much @taskmaster4450le That's nice to hear! ☺️
Me too in some ways, but it was also great to see family again after more than 2 years not... as living abroad, something like a pandemic can make "normal" things difficult. Like seeing them/ family I mean, traveling etc.
Yes, everyday I log in here I learn and gather new knowledge. And applying it instantly...

Hopefully Hive will become like home to you. And Leofinance the subdivision you live in.
Yes the last couple years are very odd to say the least depending upon where you are. Fortunately, I am in an area where the intrusion wasnt too long.

Sounds lovely @taskmaster4450le 😊 working on it!
Yes, all depending where you are. Some odd years indeed.
Luckily the world sees we need to get back to some form of “normality” now, although it never will be the same. As so many things have changed.
Like working from home, no need for offices anymore. (for some companies and occupations)

Ironic that, from a technological standpoint, this was possible long before 2020. Yet business and individuals resisted.
Now remote work is becoming the norm. We are going to see an increase in it towards the middle of the decade when I believe it will be the norm. What can be done remotely will be.
Cryptocurrency is only going to add to it. This is a way for people to be rewarded for what they do. It will only keep growing.

Yes, it could have been possible long before the pandemic.
Only now companies see the benefits of it all.
They always thought people wouldn’t “work” as hard as they should at home. Now people proved the companies wrong. Some even work better at home, longer than they should, just because they don’t have the hassle of commuting, and think let’s just finish something quickly etc.
I think it’s great… a better life /work balance can be achieved this way.
I think you are right, my thoughts as well. It will only increase for the jobs that can be done remotely.
Yes, it will help to grow.

The next few years will see a lot more tools added by the likes of Microsoft, Saleforce, and AWS. This will allow companies to better manage what is taking place.
That is why I think it will be a few years. Have to get the tools out there along with changing the mindset. Remote work is still a novelty; a temporary measure if you will. Many companies are still talking about bringing people back to the office.
It will die down over the next couple years.
Of course, Hive requires no office time since none exists. Food for thought. LOL
