Well, there's one way to avoid sugar from fruits and vegetables... don't eat fruits or vegetables! haha.

I'm not saying to avoid fruits and vegetables to avoid the sugar-- that kind of sugar is OK for the body. I'm saying avoid the processed sugar along with whatever else gives you the munchies with no payoff to go with it.
