Oof, that's crazy. I know I should do this but I'm sure it's not easy. I didn't hear him mention but I am assuming he is talking about processed sugar. Things like fruit sugar in fresh fruit or lactose in milk are still ok?
I haven't seen the video, but my nutritionist tells me that those are ok (unless of course you have some special condition).
Yeah I feel these would be ok in moderation. I know I should do this but damn, it will not be easy (I think) I mean Halloween!! Processed sugar is so #evil though :(

Yeah, I think he's mainly referring to processed sugar or even refined carbs like pasta and bread. Not so much fruit and dairy.
Nice, when you did this in the past did you notice the changes he is talking about?

For sure I did!
I have only been off the rails for a few weeks, but I've probably gained like 10 lbs in that amount of time, and mostly I just don't feel that good anymore. Haven't been sleeping as well. I've been binging pretty hard on things like ice cream, though.
There's no avoiding sugar from fruits and vegetables, and that's OK. It's the processed sugar that's as addictive as cocaine.
Well, there's one way to avoid sugar from fruits and vegetables... don't eat fruits or vegetables! haha.
I'm not saying to avoid fruits and vegetables to avoid the sugar-- that kind of sugar is OK for the body. I'm saying avoid the processed sugar along with whatever else gives you the munchies with no payoff to go with it.

Oh, I didn't think you meant to avoid fruits and vegetables. I do avoid them, though, for the most part.
