Yeah, I think he's mainly referring to processed sugar or even refined carbs like pasta and bread. Not so much fruit and dairy.

For sure I did!
I have only been off the rails for a few weeks, but I've probably gained like 10 lbs in that amount of time, and mostly I just don't feel that good anymore. Haven't been sleeping as well. I've been binging pretty hard on things like ice cream, though.
