Well I am not sure how much the Russian Ruble is desired either. That doesnt have global appeal. We saw with COVID, when the world gets scared it runs to USD.

It is amazing. With #hbd you gain access to a USD denominated asset in digital form. No need to fight to find banknotes and can protect yourself if Cuban Peso declines against USD.
The more Cubans get HBD, the better all will be. We need to keep feeding more into the island.
