I love me a good hot shower myself, but the solution here is to do the contrast shower and finish off with the cold water. Good for your health and also makes stepping outside the shower a non issue.
It's very cold here, having a cold shower would almost be freezing sis.
I understand that, that's why I start with a properly hot shower first then switch up to cold, back to hot and finish with cold. It helps blood circulation and gives more energy too.
