So Many people just think crypto is all about trading and trading alone, which of course it's a big fat NO, because they are so many other ways to make money in crypto, which I will be pointing out in this post
I have been able to make a great amount of money and cool cash from Cryptocurrency apart from just trading and Hodling coins, I am going to list some of these ways out for you
Here are the ways to make money from crypto:
By Trading And Investing: Trading and investing is the most common way we all know about how to make money from crypto, it can be Day Trading or Swing Trading, whereby you buy coins and sell them back within a short period of time.
Whereas investing is buying and holding a coin for a long period of time (this is the most common form of trading), and that is where the most money is been made.
Peer To Peer Trading (P2P): This type of trading that involves less risk and it can be done by anyone that has the knowledge and know how to do it, many people that I know are making thousands of naira or dollars from this type of trading.
This is about buying some particularly coins at a low price or rate and re-sale at a higher price or rate, it's not common in every country but mostly used in countries where crypto has been banned.
Cryptocurrency Portfolio Manager: This is the type of trading whereby you manage someone else crypto account, you buy and sell on another person's behalf. And this type of trading can only be carried out by an experienced trader, which of course can be very very profitable, honestly, I have lost money on this before but that was because I gave my account to the wrong person, so I advise you to do proper research about who you're giving your account to avoid you losing all your money, but a must say it a win win for both parties if everything works out well.
Cryptocurrency Content Writer: Writing content in cryptocurrency blog platforms like Hive, is another goldmine people's eyes aren't opened to yet, you can be a content writer for a cryptocurrency company or blog and make good money from it. All you need to do is to know your onions (what I mean is for you to know about crypto properly)
Cryptocurrency Consultant: This type of cryptocurrency is very easy and most people don't know it exists, you can be a cryptocurrency consultant and charge per service, this is one of the things I do in this space.
Your friend might come to ask you to help him/her buy and a coin, and you can be charging based on percentage and make your cool cash from it, with no stress and less risk involved.
All of these ways involve you to learn how Crypto works.

I can't see how 4 of the 5 ways you mentioned as different ways to earn crypto aside from trading band holding aren't trading and holding.
Except from writing, all the others are trading, be it your crypto or others.

It is sad to see how people avoid all these different men's of making money through crypto and channel their resources in fraudulent activities
It's really sad because they can make a lot of legitimate money in crypto
I think most people would not have realised that writing on HIVE is a way to generate some crypto too. At least, I never knew this option was available until I was introduced to HIVE via Splinterlands.
