I can't see how 4 of the 5 ways you mentioned as different ways to earn crypto aside from trading band holding aren't trading and holding.
Except from writing, all the others are trading, be it your crypto or others.
Anyway,you are putting effort in your content and even though I disagree with what was said, it should be rewarded.
