I'm also against "convincing" people in anything... They have eyes and they have seen... When they are ready, they will come and ask... At that moment, I will be more than happy to answer all their questions...

Yea convincing people tend to make them a little less confident in their decision. Whenever they make up their own minds, they tend to be more resolute.
