Spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out yesterday before the coffee ran out.
I am wondering if the phrase has to be made up of a series of complete words from those 24 words you listed @onealfa?
Or can it be made up simply from the 139 characters that make up those words, in any order?
That would make it even more devilishly difficult to figure out using only your mind 😂

Your both assumptions are wrong.
There no one single word used in the secret phrase from the given starting strings.
There is no relations nor restrictions to the number of characters used in the answer phrase. It can use any alphabet character, as well as any common known punctuations.

I might have to try having another go at cracking this riddle.
It is a head scratcher for sure. I was thinking about it for ages this morning, then I realized I'd hit a brick wall and needed a break so I went and wrote a Leo post about the Ethereum EIP1559 update announcement to clear my mind.
Sometimes coming back to something with fresh eyes can help lol
