The Hungarian crypto community have decided to be build the statue of satoshi Nakamuto the founder of bitcoin as part of a local initiative. This is also a way of the community appreciating and raising awareness towards the importance of blockchain and bitcoin technology to the community.
The pioneer of the idea is András Györfi who is the editor of the Hungarian crypto website Kripto Akadémia. This motivated the rest of the people involved in crypto in the community and they decided to help him achieve this goal.
Satoshi Nakamuto is an anonymous person, he has never revealed himself before so no one knows his real face. So placing an actual face on the statue will be difficult, so they decided to create a “ general human figure” without a specific gender. They also came up with a cool feature which is, the sculpture will have a reflective mirror as face, so that who ever looks at the face of the statue sees one’s reflective face instead. This indicates that the face of satoshi really doesn’t matter , we can all be satoshi by building technology.

The statue will be wearing a hoodie with bitcoin logo engraved on its chest. The statue will be placed close to the statue of Steve job’s in Budapest
