Recently, we have seen a visible struggle between buyers and sellers in the crypto market. Also, some cryptocurrencies and stablecoins are signaling that they may collapse. Systemic risks in the crypto ecosystem, fear of inflation and interest rate hikes are causing frantic price action. How much does this scare you?
Bitcoin is charting a tight hold of 30K. The struggle of buyers and sellers is visibly clear. It is impossible to know which side will give up. That's why many people follow the markets nervously and anxiously. In general, most people seem to have a feeling that there will be more crashes. But on the other hand, some investors seem to be staying courageous.
Honestly, I love both the bear market and the bull market. Because there are opportunities on both sides. In my opinion, the bear market is a time to build on the crypto market. To me, a bull market is a time to stop building and take profits. In short, you get the profit of what you build in the bear market when the bull market starts.
Also, in terms of technology, the bear market is quite productive. In a bear market, many people focus on technology, while in a bull market they focus on price. In other words, while technology improves in a bear market, technological development slows down in a bull market.
Of course, crazy price movements can be scary, but if you manage your risks well, you can handle it. If you are successful in managing your riks, you can seize opportunities in both the bull market and the bear market. I have always prepared myself for the bull market and bear market and managed my risks accordingly. So I am not in any fear or worry.
I can honestly say that I learned to look at the crypto market from a technological point of view from @khaleelkazi. He talked a lot about it in many of his articles and videos. Yes, I was able to manage the risks of the assets I owned well. But he changed my technological perspective on the crypto market.
That's why I love both bear market and bull market.
I do not know in which direction the prices of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, will go. But I know that the strong ones, especially Bitcoin, will be appreciated in the future. While the bear market enables the technology in the crypto market to increase, the bull market increases the entrants to the crypto market. Finally, I would like to state that I think it benefits the crypto market in a bear market and a bull market.

I don't really have a preference. The market will do what the market wants to do and the most you can do is make the most out of it. Build when price is low and take profits when price is high seems like the best plan to me.

It is one of my most important strategies. I do not buy when the price of cryptocurrencies is rising, and I do not sell when it is falling. In other words, I sell when prices are rising and I buy when they are falling. Up until now this cycle has always happened so this strategy has always made me profit. That's why I like to think long term.

It is possible to overcome anything with good risk management. In the past, the first thing I would do every time I wake up would be to look at the Bitcoin price. In a bear market, I was always in a bad mood. But the bear market doesn't scare me anymore because I'm ready for it. I also check prices just to see if there is an opportunity.

There are plises for both bears and bulls. Buying the dip is great if you can timed it. Overall I prefer seeing the bulls, your portfolio is worth more, and you can justified buying more Crypto. And you can also borrow against your crypto !

I don't think there's choosing between the two, both bear and bull season comes with it's own advantage and disadvantage like you've stated above, "building during the bear market and taking profits during bull market".
We have to be focused on the real growth in technology and that way we feel safer during both season. Also, consistency knows no season, so, its better to be available during both season.

Yes, there are many opportunities in a bear market. But short-term trades can be very risky. I do this in very small quantities from time to time. But in general, I like to invest long-term. I don't like stress as much as I used to. :)

Great point! To be clear I am getting in to these assets and strategy when the market heats up and dollar cost average in, but before it actually turns. Then I slowly sell off my profits as the market continues and start to buy long term assets.
