THIS!!! I love both as well. I play the stock markets in both up and down runs(check out 3x inverse leverage ETFs). Buying the dips and take profits on the way up to defi markets to make yield and borrow btc then pay back when volatility comes to bring the price back down.

Yes, there are many opportunities in a bear market. But short-term trades can be very risky. I do this in very small quantities from time to time. But in general, I like to invest long-term. I don't like stress as much as I used to. :)

Great point! To be clear I am getting in to these assets and strategy when the market heats up and dollar cost average in, but before it actually turns. Then I slowly sell off my profits as the market continues and start to buy long term assets.

If you follow the market well, yes this is a good strategy too.
But I hate selling in a bear market, I hate buying in a bull market. :)
