Haven't heard J complaining about that problem in particular so I think that company has been handling it reasonably?
If there are people considering exit plans and the like I hope that it's enough to force people to reconsider as what the people in charge of the company are probably banking on is being able to replace people leaving with people too desperate to care about anything other than any kind of paycheque at all to come in and agree to work for less.
