Wow! It's a lot of process. Is this the same as Rice wine?
yeah it tasted like it. We were in some old mountain tavern in the Himalayas... we drank the stuff out of bamboo cups.
The dried fermented grains go in, pour hot water over it and drink with a bamboo straw with tiny holes to kot suck up the grains.
