Suya is a traditional smoked spiced meat skewer that originates from Nigeria; blended with ingredients such as cloves, salt, ginger, chilis, and much more, with peanut as the main ingredient.
This dish looks good, but I disagree with the handling of the food.
This one thing has been a controversial topic.
I don't know why people think using gloves on food is healthy. It deceives them that the food is protected from contamination. If the gloves were worn throughout the day, then they probably would have touched some unclean surfaces and then back into the food. Well, maybe changing it often while working would be acceptable.
Not quite food but I think it belongs... it tastes kind of like sake. Here's a recipe I collected in a small town in North India, full of Tibetans! #foodie
The Rice is green because of the ingredients and method of cooking. It's what people call Fried Rice. It contains chicken stock and some green veggies like green bell pepper, green peas, green beans, spring onions.
Green Rice is different from Fried Rice. If I'm to cook green Rice, I would blend spinach and mix with the chicken stock and that will be the first water to meet the Rice in the cooking process and finally add other chopped green veggies to it.

yeah it tasted like it. We were in some old mountain tavern in the Himalayas... we drank the stuff out of bamboo cups.
The dried fermented grains go in, pour hot water over it and drink with a bamboo straw with tiny holes to kot suck up the grains.

Hive Watchers is security theater on Hive. Like the TSA, they pretend to provide security but do virtually nothing.
Comment farming is making many comments a day and self voting them like they used to do. It’s considered a really selfish trashy thing to do on Hive but if you are Hive Watchers it is completely acceptable and in fact encouraged.

We can’t shut them down. They have a proposal asking for $350/day to fight less than $20/day in abuse. Ironically they are the biggest abuse here.
