Thread votes are the ones you receive
That is how I understand it. Getting the numbers up only means being more active and engaging.

Yes they follow the same pattern.
The payout is based upon what people are voting. If they only have LEO Power in the wallet, and no HP, then it is only LEO. If they have HP, then it is both.
