Ah, the "pull-right" class.

When I first started posting I was looking for the CSS file which contained all the classes for various formatting effects. I think I found it, but when I took a peek at the file it looked like gibberish resulting from size reduction. At that point I gave up on using CSS here.

Some HTML works and some does not. Also formatting is displayed differently depending on which website a person is using to interface with HIVE.

When posting I pretty much use HTML exclusively and when commenting I use markdown with a little HTML mixed in like the example above.

One really can not use CSS formatting unless they are very seasoned with the base HIVE code. LEOFINANCE.IO is a great blogging platform, but WORDPRESS it is not.

Got it. What you explained makes sense.

I know that CSS can't be added as inline styles (i.e., style="..."), so that pretty much kills it for me right there.

I'm getting better at Markdown and taking it as far as I can before I have to switch to HTML. Markdown tables break after 5 columns, so HTML tables are needed here. I'm still in the process of finding limitations of both Markdown and HTML for Hive posts, so it will be a while before I write a post about my findings.

As for Hive not being WordPress, that's so true! LOL!

I know, right? I used to develop web pages as a hobby and used Wordpress from its inception. I would not say that I am an expert, but I am fairly knowledgeable with HTML, CSS, and all that stuff.

Since the 1970s, computing has been a hobby of mine. Due to an injury I was put behind a desk while I was in the Corps and did some programming with the Executive Officer of our Battalion to automate record keeping and scheduling for our Operations Shop (S-3).
