EDS Miners - you buy and stake your EDS Miners and then start receiving EDS tokens at the rate of 20%. EDS is an income token which pays out in Hive each Monday - payments are guaranteed at 12% but are nearer to 23% at present. Both tokens are available on Hive-Engine, LeoDex and TribalDex.
There is also a Leo backed income token - Cublife (CL). Cublife is issued once a month, on the 21st. You can buy them with Leo, Hive or pegged Hive. For liquid CL, you receive income in Leo each Friday (I think, it may be Saturday - I have too many paydays π), and for staked CL, you receive income in further CL tokens. We've run a structured savings plan for the whole of 2021 which is just coming to an end on 31 December - we'll be starting again on 1 January 2022. In this plan, you compound your savings by a penny a day (day 1 = 1p, day 2 = 2p ... all the way to day 365 = 3.65p). The @susie-saver account has been used as the model piggy bank for this, using fiat each week to save the equivalent amount in Hive and power it up. Other savers (@justclickindiva, @jfang003 and @phoenixwren) have used the same plan, but saved HBD as their unit of currency. All have regular posts setting out their savings plans and what they've achieved. Other savers here have their own plans and use some of the tips and techniques and the camaraderie of the weekly posts to support their saving.
One of the most popular things we did was a No-Buy Month in October (we built up to it with a No-Buy week in August) where everyone set their rules for what they were and were not allowed to buy during the month and then reported on how they had done through the week. We had some spectacular saves!
