2/🧵 Avoid debt. Most people regard debt as a part of life. Debt is not difficult to understand. Paying money to use other people's money makes you poorer. Do not borrow unless it will make you richer.

Leverage debt can be good. I did get into debt to finance some units, and they paid for the credit and had generated passive income, as I delegated to an administrator. Don't get into debt for stupid stuff...that is true

Hm! This is motivational. But what if I need money for a pressing need but do not have?

Honestly, as much as possible, we need to avoid debt.

Debt would make us work harder... and when we do, the income wont be ours, but it'll be to pay up our debts.

This is absolutely right but many people see debt as a norms in life.

And the even run into debts in respect to getting material things that are not so beneficial to their financial growth.

Live below your means ✅

3/🧵 When everyone is panicking, buy; when everyone thinks they can't lose, sell. Downturns are what you've been waiting for. If you believe the world is coming to an end, stock up on canned goods and a shotgun. #threadstorm #ladiesofhive

When the Russian barbarians came, neither canned food nor a shotgun helped. But, in general, yes, the meaning is correct.

This is the greatest truth, knowing the right time to surf the economic cycle while people are making emotional and not rational decisions.

4/🧵 You can either look or be wealthy. Diverting your cash into items you can't afford, such as automobiles, clothing, trips, and houses, will make you look affluent now but hinder you from being rich eventually. #threadstorm #ladiesofhive

Thats one of the secrets of the wealthy. Spending higher than income means success. Keep it

5/🧵 Live as if you're going to die tomorrow, but invest as if you're going to live forever. After all, you could die any day. But most likely won't. Set aside some money so you can enjoy what life has to offer.

I think it is very important. I once took out a loan when I was younger with a light heart, but I will not do it in the future.

And that is a proper thread I have discovered through scrolling :) Good Job!

Lots of good stuff in this thread, I think the most key thing is , invest your money in productive things. Of course for that you have to educate yourself, most people don't know what that is. Investment.

Well, for me, I feel you are right about living below your paycheck, spending on things you need and also avoiding eating out, lol

That is the spirit dear . When one spend less and earn more, there will definitely be increase on wealth accumulation

I think this is the most short form stuff I've come across today. I always wonder why people wanna look rich if they don't have the money. Why not wait till you have the money to look however you wanna look.

Oh...Silver, how I love number 3 point. No need to borrow of it doesn't makes you richer...✌️🥳
I can't borrow to become more broke. If I ain't getting anything out of it then am out..

That's a good tip to have in mind... I do tend to spend before I save sometimes but Hive has changed my money habits a lot though.

Wow! these are great life and investment tips. I like to keep these things in mind, thanks for sharing.

One's spending habit is a big player when it comes to growing your wealth. If you spend above when you earn, you will enter a state of financial misery. And if you buy stuffs you dont really need, this get worse too. Spend smartly.
