While Arb, and OP are L2s and H-E works on the second layer SO, my point was that a better comparison would've been ETH to some L2 instead of Solana. I don't know, there aren't that good DEXs on Hive anyway. BeeSwap is pretty good though

I would say HE doesn't work on Layer 2. as their is no real connection.
