1/ We are all reared to believe competition is key. That means, when we have a business, we fight to get users/customers. It is the old model of a dog eat dog world.
2/ This was not always the case. In fact, this model is only around for the last couple hundred years. Before that, it was a world where people filled in voids the community had. While people had little choice, there was community.
3/ Corporations, coupled with advanced communications changed this. We saw this go on steroids with the digital realm. Now, we are finding an abundance of choices. What is not abundant is network choices.
4/ This is going to change. Now we are seeing where networks will be abundant. Something else is going to be scarce. What will it be? The answer to this is the paradigm shift for businesses.
5/ Those who grasp what is happening can take advantage. Now is the time to build based upon this new concept. Community is what will provide customers in the future.
