Electric vehicles have way more of a carbon footprint than even the worst gas hogs.
So? Not sure what that has to do with sustainable energy other than to try and counter an ideological point with another one.
And web 3.0 is absolutely a huge achievement in Liberty on the internet.
It will be if we can offset and counter other centralized aspect to it. There are so many layers that were centralized and are vulnerable. It is a process, one that is going to take a while.
We need to make it our goal to achieve total Internet freedom. That is the overreaching goal that all should have.
Thank you very much for your post. Amazing analysis like always!
Thank you. I try to keep people engaged.

Actually Geo-Thermal is one of the best chances for electrical generation. That is based upon nothing more than advancements in drilling technology.
That is true. There are impacts upon the environment that the supporters overlook. Of course, to dismiss it as unsustainable or make the assertion that it is more damaging to the environment (or worse health) than fossil fuels.
It can be argued whether what comes out the tailpipe of a car is actually causing any change to the climate. What cannot be argued is how it is now a good idea to inhale it.
As always it is a multi-faceted situation which people like to isolate into something simple.

I lived most of the past 30 years within 80 miles of a nuke plant. Built in the 1980s, solid is a rock, in a state nowhere near fault lines.
True non are good but when you look at the options, yes we have some nuke meltdowns. However, considering how many are in operation and for how long, not a bad ratio. Plus, the newer plants seem to be safer.
Dont say that. It ruins the boogeyman story.
Here is the crux if the discussion. And how is this resolved. Because batteries are not only in EVs and it is not decreasing any time soon. The world is acquiring a larger thirst for batteries, EVs aside.
Naturally, they cant produce enough now to keep up with demand. So what is the solution. Obviously they are going to have to greatly improve to keep pace. Price is only one factor, and a secondary one when the production cant keep up.
