Yeah I think it is a done deal.
With all that took place the last 3-4 years, I dont see how they can turn it down any longer. The things that they were worried about (there were 4 of them if I recall) are not much of a concern.
We will likely see a number of them this year.

Who do you think will be the first? I think it will either be something like Goldman or Blackrock as the first. Those bankers got their connections.

At this point, I am not going to argue against that. They do have connections.
If it was between those two, I think Goldman gets it. The SEC (as well as Treasury) is full of people who are either from Goldman or going there are their term ends.
The bankers are going to get the pick of the litter like always.

My proverbial money is on Goldman too... I think they are very well positioned to grab this.
