Nah. More like allow people to share links with their username to help with marketing that entitles them to some percentage of the referred users fees or something along that line.
A bounty program would be neat though too, I like your thinking.. Have to scrape together some funding to do that sort of thing though, working on it, on that as well.
wow an honor and a greeting, since what you mention about the references would be a powerful push, there are many out there who dedicate much of their time to disseminate this type of links and the vast majority are garbage projects, here it would be a plus that properly educating people about its use will bring more adoption!
lol, the honour is all yours captain. I'm just a dude from the north who spends to much time in front of a computer that sometimes has ideas and codes them into something that has the potential to work towards solving issues or what have you.
Your touching on adoption is the primary driving factor behind development.
That, and I believe this community deserves better than what it's had in the past.
While blockchain still very much being regarded as a disruptive emergent technology, with it's new found popularity and dip into what I consider the beginning of mass adoption quickly resulting in the "over saturating of the market" with choices and functions users must pick between, compelling use cases / services / fintech / games are effectively the only means of making a network such as ours attractive to outside capital investment and increase user onboarding and retention.
you can have the best tech in the world.. But if there isn't much reason for others to buy it out of their own internal demand to utilize the benefits it provides... eh.
I agree 100% on that and I take the opportunity to mention the great work in the interface of what comes in terms of Hive.
And another point in which there is 100% agreement is that we are at the beginning of a massive adoption, so I wanted to say that a new user well educated in the correct use of the community will be a valuable ally in the middle. or long term. term, then we undo the opportunists who only come with intentions to milk the community and flee
We have to keep pushing the idea of what Hive can offer to people to the masses. That is what is going to pull them here. The fact that comments will be rewarded more at the Hive level is key.
Yesterday I was updating myself on what is to come, and at the same time I was looking at the indicators that I have to trade, and although most of the time it is not a magic ball that predicts the future at all, it shows me that in the Hive / usdt should start to have a rise speaking of the daily chart, now all this will depend to a great extent and will be affected if BTC continues to fall. This makes me think that if the indicators are correct, and to that we add the improvements that are coming, the moon awaits us !!
LOL one thing at a time. Get the MVP out there, then add the others layers. We could have you programming the rest of the year.
The referral idea is a good one. As we know on hive, people post their referral links to all kinds of stuff. So I think that is a great idea and let them a percentage.
Yeah, that's the damn thing about building applications and services, there is never any shortage of things you could integrate to make it a better experience but that can lead to rolling versions of unfinished betas being the norm instead of finalized gull version stable releases! Eventually just need to put my foot down and finish up everything coming in this particular version and stop adding more little things here and there that end up extending that stable and tested release version that ends up being the live production version.
Yes you do. Get the MVP out then add features later.
You could seek to build the Taj Mahal of apps only to keep adding to your list of to dos. If you wait until you are totally done, you will never get much done.
Get it going, make it interesting, and use that to get some of the confidence of the crowd.

It should really help things.

What is developed on top of the tech is vital. It will always come down to the apps because that is what attracts people.
Too many focus upon the base layer (which is important) to the exclusion of what goes on top.
We are still looking for that "Killer DApp".
