Yea I think China being kept out of the 5G networks will already put them behind. But I don't know whether or not that ban will be kept in place with Biden in office.

I already have free 5G all the time because of the vaccine :D ( for the few people that actually believe this kind of crap: I'm kidding )

That shows how fast technology moves. A lot of people are still on 4G and they are already looking into the development of 6G.

The R&D always outpaces the implementation.
Consider how much work needs to go into rolling out a new G network. It has to take years.
Of course, they expect 6G to make an appearance starting in 2028 (or thereabouts). So it is something they have to get on.
By that time, much of the world will be on 5G so an upgrade will be needed.
It all keeps flowing forward. Every decade, roughly, we get a more advanced communication system.
Just wait until they start working on 7G.

Yea that makes sense... there is probably a lot of stuff that we will only learn about in the next few years but that's already been worked on by the scientific community.

It has to start in there along with the engineers.
We see the process can take a while for it to filter throughout to the point where society (mass market) can see it.
After all we still havent even gotten virtual reality to the masses yet.
