I don't think it is a bullish sign. The price action of COIN hasn't been doing well and there are a ton of bag holders. Especially since its being affected by the drop in BTC price.

I still think the price discovery process of an IPO. It was overpriced to start so it isnt a surprise that it is falling backwards.
