Hopefully that's enough to pay the attorney fees fighting..er...complying with the investigation.

It's going to take a lot of time and money...so I don't think it will be enough. If the SEC feels they don't have good chances, they will just keep extending things out.

The article mentions that the funds were more for expansion so maybe it wasn't that big of a deal.
