Uniswap bridges are the most hacked software pieces in the whole crypto sphere and have caused hundreds of millions in damages. On top of that, their web services are fully centralized. If they decide to crank up your fees and change your coin logo, they will just do that. We've seen that happen in the past. Those things can cause serious damage on top of the "decentralized protocol".
