I am not sure that feature is working on Leofinance as of yet. It is under profile if it is.
I might suggest loading the profile pic using Peakd and then it will hopefully appear. A lot of development with the beta UI.

I tried from my profile page but as you say it is not working from there. When I click on save changes it does nothing. And what is peakd ? I am not aware about that.
