Salami and cheese stromboli
Start to finish: 3½ hours (40 minutes active), plus cooling

1 teaspoon white sugar
1¼ teaspoons table salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1¼ cups warm water (100°F to 110°F)
¾ cup drained roasted red peppers, patted dry and chopped
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
