That is indeed a rendering of how it is planned to be. It is still a long way from this thight! Especially above the oceans and certain regions in Africa!

Seeing this image makes me remember the beginning of the Starlink project where the first satellites went into orbit.
It's incredible to see how much is up there and that it's still going to rise a lot more.
