Increased calories and ate like shit the last weekend... Lost weigh gained muscle, this is not normal.
The fuck is happening to my body lol... I don't know, but I'm liking it, it means I can increase calories again.
The more I increase calories without putting weight while training, the more muscle I should be building.
Especially since I don't have any issues with eating a lot, I could eat 3k calories in a meal if I wanted to... I don't do it because I would gain fat, but if my body keeps ramping up calorie burning without gaining fat, this is good.
New objective, increase calorie consumption to 2.5k per day.
This a might be because I now workout in a new gym, which has a lot more machines that I can use to isolate body parts.
Shut up... I look at a cheeseburger and gain 2 pounds, lol.
