And I absolutely hate it when people put themselves between me and my goals with their weak "You need to live a little" mentality...
For them it might be living, but to me it's failing, when I get home I won't feel happy because I did X,y,z, I'll feel like I wasted time, money, health and didn't get anywhere near my goals.
At least try to work with me to find a way where I can do both, don't just use the "living a little excuse to just splurge and don't get pissed off at me when I try to not splurge, when I try to not get further away from reaching my goals!
Increased calories and ate like shit the last weekend... Lost weigh gained muscle, this is not normal.
The fuck is happening to my body lol... I don't know, but I'm liking it, it means I can increase calories again.
The more I increase calories without putting weight while training, the more muscle I should be building.
Especially since I don't have any issues with eating a lot, I could eat 3k calories in a meal if I wanted to... I don't do it because I would gain fat, but if my body keeps ramping up calorie burning without gaining fat, this is good.
New objective, increase calorie consumption to 2.5k per day.
This a might be because I now workout in a new gym, which has a lot more machines that I can use to isolate body parts.
Did my second article from my asian trip, for the moment 3 days between articles, I want to reduce it to two at some point. If you are along the area I am passing through feel free to reply in comments.

Toronto has so many “unique” pizzas that one councillor is suggesting the city serve up an international pizza festival.
Eglinton-Lawrence Coun. Mike Colle said in a Sept. 9 letter to the economic and community development committee that the city’s pizza scene deserves its own recognition along the lines of other street festivals and food-related events.
“With hundreds of pizzerias and other restaurants serving this ubiquitous dish, this festival provides a unique opportunity to encourage Torontonians to support small and local businesses, while also giving residents the opportunity to enjoy both traditional styles of pizza along with dozens of other unique and diverse blended styles that can be found across Toronto,” Colle said.
Colle’s ask was first presented to city council in June, with support from York South-Weston Coun. Frances Nunziata.
At the time, Colle sought council’s approval to request the general manager of economic development and culture, in consultation with relevant city divisions, the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (BIA) and culinary industry partners, deliver a report on how the city can support a celebration of Toronto’s culinary excellence through the creation of an international pizza festival.

You should have a separate chopping board for raw meat, to reduce the risk of cross-contamination with other foods. Raw or undercooked meat is one of the main causes of food poisoning and having different chopping boards and knives for vegetables and meat will reduce the risk. At the very least, be sure to give your cutting board and knives an extremely good clean after they touch raw meat.

More and more recalls have been initiated due to Listeria. Here’s what to know — and how to keep safe.
Listeria has made headlines for months, prompting recalls of millions of pounds of deli meat and ready-to-eat meat products. Now, the potentially fatal organism is showing up in frozen waffles.
TreeHouse Foods, which makes waffles sold under the Kodiak, Good & Gather, and many more popular brands, is voluntarily recalling nearly 700 different waffle products across dozens of brands due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The waffles were sold at Publix, Aldo, Food Lion, Walmart, and Target, among other retailers nationwide, according to an announcement from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
People with recalled waffles should throw them away or return them to the store where they were purchased for a credit, the announcement says. And consumers with further questions may reach out to TreeHouse Foods at 800-596-2903, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. (You can see the full list of recalled products here.)
There have been no illnesses reported in connection to the recalled waffles. The issue was discovered during routine testing at the manufacturing facility, according to the FDA.
Listeria monocytogenes isn’t a new organism, but it’s come up a lot lately. This summer, more than 7.2 million pounds of Boar’s Head deli meats were recalled due to a listeria outbreak that killed at least nine people. More recently, BrucePac recalled nearly 10 million pounds of meat due to possible listeria contamination.

Committee to hear ask this month
Colle’s ask was first presented to city council in June, with support from York South-Weston Coun. Frances Nunziata.
At the time, Colle sought council’s approval to request the general manager of economic development and culture, in consultation with relevant city divisions, the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (BIA) and culinary industry partners, deliver a report on how the city can support a celebration of Toronto’s culinary excellence through the creation of an international pizza festival.

In his letter to the body, Colle said the pizza festival will be planned for next year, and would be organized and executed by a committee of Toronto restaurateurs, both large and small.

“I have communicated with the general manager, economic development and culture to consider how his division might be able to support such an endeavour given their great experience with events such as Summerlicious and Winterlicious,” he wrote.
Colle is asking the committee to refer his ask to the general manager for his consideration and action in support of both himself and Nunziata, as well as local restaurants and BIAs to organize a city-wide pizza festival.
The committee will consider his ask at its Sept. 18 meeting.

Listeria has made headlines for months, prompting recalls of millions of pounds of deli meat and ready-to-eat meat products. Now, the potentially fatal organism is showing up in frozen waffles.

TreeHouse Foods, which makes waffles sold under the Kodiak, Good & Gather, and many more popular brands, is voluntarily recalling nearly 700 different waffle products across dozens of brands due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The waffles were sold at Publix, Aldo, Food Lion, Walmart, and Target, among other retailers nationwide, according to an announcement from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
People with recalled waffles should throw them away or return them to the store where they were purchased for a credit, the announcement says. And consumers with further questions may reach out to TreeHouse Foods at 800-596-2903, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. (You can see the full list of recalled products here.)
There have been no illnesses reported in connection to the recalled waffles. The issue was discovered during routine testing at the manufacturing facility, according to the FDA.
Listeria monocytogenes isn’t a new organism, but it’s come up a lot lately. This summer, more than 7.2 million pounds of Boar’s Head deli meats were recalled due to a listeria outbreak that killed at least nine people. More recently, BrucePac recalled nearly 10 million pounds of meat due to possible listeria contamination.
