My bandwidth is actually not that bad for the price, but the customer service is just horrible. I dread every moment that I have to actually contact them about something.

Some years ago I had to change my phone number and they started billing me for my new number but continued to bill me for the old one. That took me a few months to solve due to their incompetence.

That's a shame man. Such things have happened to me as well. Poor service is such a turn-off.

I am willing to pay extra if I get good service.

Yea, me too

That's a key thing that unfortunately a lot of companies ignore. A lot of people will opt for a better service, even if the product is slightly worse or less cost-efficient than the competition.

By spending a little extra they can provide top class services and make their customers happy. They will happily pay more for it.
