I would say there good chance of that.
It is the hot item and I am sure many customers are screaming to get involved.
The idea of not allowing them to purchase shows what is wrong with these financial intermediaries.
I'm surprised it happened so quick, but I'm all for it. Banks think once you deposit money it is their money.
