The most relaxing/pleasant activity in my free time is looking at the sea and breathing deeply, even in cloudy days. The previous heavy moments of some days go away with the waves...😌🌊 #oliodibalena
Once I did that, I went to the beach with some friends and I spend like two hours only watching the sea, they were kinda worried about me, but they knew they have to leave me alone for some time.
We all need those kind of moments... sea can heal somehow or at least it gives us the peace we are searching for in some moments of our life. It's like a meditation and the mind goes away.
