In Estonia, the cheapest unlimited 4G is by Tele2 - 21€ but some places, the Tele2 coverage is not as good as others recently.
But funny thing is Elisa is much more expensive in Estonia - 39€ for unlimited 4G and we don't even have 5G yet. When in Finland you get already 5G for the same price. That Starlink seems useless for Estonians for that price and speeds.

Starlink does not sound competitive even in rural areas at price it is offered.
