Running is not an easy task!! Great job! There is nothing like the feeling you get after a few days of carb restriction and training ! I have 4.6 lbs of bloat from the weekend to eliminate!
I do not have the resistance to do the whole 5k running yet haha but I'm trying. I do run - walk - run - walk, but the only way to build the strength is doing it
I measure my success on volume and how I feel my body, If I feel comfortable, healthy, strong, and the volume allows me a wide range of motion, I'm good :D 2/2
