So I'm shifting my diet to not only being healthy but mindful of the calories in relation to my actual activity, and also looked for this kind of routines that have a huge impact with shorter sessions.

I used his routines before and it worked great, I just stopped because I got sick and completely lost the habit.

I went to a hike recently to get to a waterfall, and I did good but realized it was harder than it should, and harder that what it used to be for me so time to get disciplined again

Exercising the body is not so easy, the pain is intense, but necessary to keep our biological machine working perfectly. Good luck with those exercises.🏋️

Haha Yeah, it's hard. I'll do this routine at night, but I also decided to do 20 repetitions of one of the exercises randomly throughout the day, just to keep the blood circulating. let's see if there is improvements in two weeks
