So sad to have the means to save and not doing it. I never saved when I was unable, absolutely impossible, but now I balance what I spend with building a safety net so no matter what, I have at least 4 months of expenses covered, and building it so it becomes a safety net worth a year of bills and food, and some extra for medicine and other unexpected situations

This is the way, Tsunsica. When you are able, save, no matter how small it is. At least saving when there is enough that will last you for some months even when things become tight.
