Roasting and Smoking cooking techniques are almost the same but with little difference.

  • The heat temperature used in both cooking techniques is different.
  • The smoking time is longer than the roasting time.
  • The taste and aroma differ too. Smoked meat has a smoky aroma and taste while roasted meat has the aroma of the ingredients (seasoning and spices) used and when tasted, you feel that great delicious taste of the meat.
