Do you like swordfish?
That is one of my favorites.
I haven't tasted swordfish but have seen what it looks like. Would love to try. #foodtalk
MMM very good. One of the best. Great with a butter sauce or just some squeezed lemon on it.
Yeah, with lemon squeezed on it, it would taste better.
Indeed.
There are a lot of ways to prepare and enjoy fish.
What is your favorite fish?
Yeah, different methods of peparing fish and they definitely taste differently.
For now, my favourite fish is Catfish.
How do you like to prepare it? What do you have with it?
Since it's tips and tricks we are looking for, is it true that using too much heat can also cause the fish to become rubbery?
Yes. Like many fish it can be. That is because, when properly prepared, it is very soft.
But one of the best...much better than tuna or salmon in my opinion.
Yeah, also if cooked for a longer time than required.
Do you like your fish fried?
I like eating fried fish but I prefer oven-roasted fish. The appearance of both are similar but the difference is that the fried fish sucks more oil.
What about you?
Depends upon my mood but fried is always good.
But with fish, it is more to roasting than fried. Chicken is the exact opposite. Hard to beat fried chicken.
Roasting tastes better with fish. That's right, fried chicken tastes great but grilled chicken tastes better. #foodtalk
Hmmm that will require some research.
Yeah, even with a research, I think it also depends on one's taste and choice.
What food trick would someone who prefers to eat other people's food than cook hers have? 😁
Hahaha, that's you right? Well, I think the best trick is to volunteer to help others in cooking and then you might be offered a portion in appreciation. #foodtalk
