Catarsis or point of view on what makes me angry, which is not much but important, at least for me.
Many times I have commented to many people who know me that I don't usually get angry, it is very rare for that to happen and there is a reason for it. For some reason I don't get angry at certain circumstances in life, but I get sad.
Instead of getting furious about something, throwing plates, banging doors or shouting (I hate shouting) I usually get sad. I've been told that this is bad, because it's a process that goes inside and that it's better to get it all out, to express anger, and to release it, but that's just the way it is.
Although with time and learning I have been able to manage that emotion and express it, it is not anger, it is sadness.
Now, there are things that produce that feeling of anger or rage inside me and some of them are injustice, laziness, lack of critical sense, desire to improve and learn, taken to the extreme. Of course these causes should not be simple things, but quite noticeable and strong.
I think that injustice is one of the things that makes me most angry, because it is related to equity, to equality, and I don't mean gender equality, but equality as human beings. That being someone's acquaintance, or having a ‘plug’ as they say, is valued more than ability, knowledge, quality and effort in work matters, to give just one example. This would apply to all areas of life.
Impartial, objective justice, although of course we are human beings and subjective, but sometimes these injustices are too grotesque and one wonders how certain things can happen. Continuing with the labour examples, that someone is hired for his or her physical beauty and not for his or her knowledge. You can transfer this example to other things.
There are even global injustices and there are also those so minimal that no one notices them, only the person involved who suffers them. They are all important.
I also get angry at people who sit around doing nothing, waiting for everything to come to them from above, perhaps as a result of injustice. I am always of the opinion that those who work the hardest should be rewarded the most in all areas of life.
Those who don't have the critical sense to think for themselves, to question things... without questioning there is no learning, without curiosity for knowledge there is no evolution. But I think that depends on the individual.
There has often been talk of zombies, and today there are many in society, if you don't go out into the street and look, don't look, look, you're bound to bump into them. They don't see life, they don't see... only their brains have been absorbed by technology and television... zombies.
I don't know if this makes me angry or sad... wondering where the world is going. I wonder if humans are evolving or devolving. What do you think? It is believed that because there is AI there is evolution, but that is not a human being, nor creativity, inventiveness, exercise of the brain. Anyway... I could write too much about this, but I think you understand me.
I only have one question left... will human beings ever be able to see what is essential in life? I hope so.
I had planned to write about other topics, but today my intuition told me to choose this topic from all the interesting and even funny topics that @galenkp presents to us every weekend.
Thank you all for reading, I wish you a great weekend. See you soon.

It makes me angry the arrogance, the one who looks down on you just for having a few extra bills, the one who thinks he can pass over you just because of his social status, the one who does not value or take care of the most essential things on the planet, the one who boasts all the time of doing good deeds when he is only looking for approval and to be seen, the car drivers who use the phone, park on a ramp, run you over like a sack of garbage, the one who makes mistakes, but does not seek to change, because there are people who make mistakes and change, but others do not, they get angry, there are so many things that make me angry and sad that the list would be endless 🦉

That's true and it comes down to people not respecting each other, it's now a very common thing to lack respect in all aspects. Thank you Yami!🤗
We are brothers regarding getting upset about injustice, it's unavoidable for both of us, although I do accept that I tend to get upset with people at the drop of a hat, but I get over it quickly hehe. Regarding people who do nothing, I have learned to heal that, it is possible that they have their reasons, but it cost me for a long time, until I realized that sometime I have also been able to be someone who does nothing while others expect something from me, anyway... I loved what you wrote here friend, happy weekend!
In the second case I am referring to the expremo, let's think of a person sitting on the sofa who wants things to be done by himself or pretends or demands without doing anything... We've all had moments, but there are people who do nothing at all and the worst thing is that they complain hahaha.
Thank you Jesus.... the injustices... how many there are. But everything comes back in life, the good and the bad. Thank you!
Hi @avdesing, I have long been angry about the things you mention, like the injustices in the working world or the lack of critical thinking. It's been a long time since these things neither make me sad nor angry (I was angry enough in 2020).
Like you, I also believe in work and free competition. This turns out to be very exotic in a world where effort is a thing of “fools” and where it is better to have a good contacts book than to have talent and work capacity.
I don't think that getting angry or sad is very useful, it is better to just sit back and watch the flutter of a butterfly (I know you like them), and go on with what we are doing. In the end, goals are achieved.
A big hug; and good night.
It's true that getting angry is of no use... but sometimes it happens, in those cases, I look at what's really important. Thank you very much! Good morning!
That is, focus on what is important. For example, saying good morning to a visiting bird.
Good morning @avdesing.
The bird was flying back and forth hahaha good morning!!!!
I saw this bird flying from one place to another ... It stopped for a moment and flew away...
See you later
Careful, it's a bird of prey hahaha see you later!!!! When I thought I didn't have any more photos of the Christmas season... I found them!🤣
🤣 see you later!!!! 👋
Inequality and injustice are things that make us angry, but it also makes us sad that we can't do much to change the situation 😞
Exactly, it is very helpless. Thank you very much!
All these things you mention also make me angry and sad, I really don't think there is any evolution
Have a beautiful day @avdesing
We can only do so much if we act well in our lives. Thank you very much!
I see many of these things you mention here in Argentina, and the truth is that it makes me angry and very sad
Have a happy and prosperous week I love these posts where you invite us to reflect, dear friend @avdesing
Yes, I know, but it happens everywhere, I've seen it and it's a shame. Thanks for always being there!😃
These are earthly things not to be angry about. We have to be above that.
As long as you keep looking at the details, the answers will haunt you.
That's why I don't usually do it, only sometimes I feel sorry for myself.... well, it also makes me a bit angry, but only on strong occasions. Thanks.... details!
