They did an unplugged live show; the crowd seemed older. A somewhat new group attracting the older generations says something as well. People of all ages have been craving these sounds for quite awhile. All it takes is a few good acts to get the ball rolling. Then you get those bands nobody has ever heard of opening shows; the circle grows.

That's how it worked the first time around. I went to a Beach Boys concert in a baseball park in maybe 1970. The opening act was a little band from San Francisco that tore the place up so bad that the Boys let the crowd cool for an entire hour.
