I'm a great believer in the by acting as though I am I become philosophy so I'm not sure I would have trusted myself if it was my eye, but since he's the only one who drives, and poorly even with 2 eyes, I was the only game in town. Besides, we all have a healthy scepticism of the medical profession and an unhealthy confidence in my genius:)
