Good god, this has made me feel old. VH is (was) the same age as me. I think I've worn a bit better :) but hay I've not had a Rock Star lifestyle. One that springs to mind is Lindisfarne Fog On the Tyne. It was the very first live concert I ever went to when I was at Marine college in Southampton in 72. A bunch of us piled into a car and went to see them in Reading. Then in 1975, I did my final Year in SouthShields near Newcastle upon Tyne and I went to see them again this time at the Newcastle City Hall. The atmosphere was amazing and I got mugged on the way back to Shields. Great music and a real night to remember.

I think music has a way of making us feel old as remembering something we loved, and probably still love from way back when will always make us think of the elapsed time as well.
I like live bands and concerts and a lot of the time I prefer the sound as it's not as clinical as the studio-recorded and enhanced music.
