RE: What and where

ohhhhhhh do show off that pizza oven in a post - and tag me in it??? hehehe

My son loves making pizza and we have an indoors oven now that is just fun to use... but I have been thinking about getting him an outdoors one so its really special! hehehe

I so agree with the heart of this post - it took me years to find the way to pause (without feeling guilty).
that was the big thing. I am always on the move - so when I paused, I didn't know how to enjoy that and LIVE in it. Always felt this obligation to be DOING something if i could.

but in the last 3 years or so, I started "writing in breaks" in my week, and month. So when I saw that it was there - I didnt' feel guilty at all - it was something that I had planned for my health and sanity and I had the obligation to do it.

it took a while to break that feeling still of doing something "just for me" and not feeling selfish. hehee I think a lot of stay-at- home moms struggle with that. I m ean - probably a lot of PEOPLE struggle with it. But as a stay-at-home mom... there was no me time LOL my time was always for my family.

but now - my family fully supports ALL the me time that I take - and pushes me to enjoy more hehe (like my recent trip to UK to see Sam Smith and Penderis and Olawalium and Tengolotodo! hehe i wont tag them - but they are all hivers hehe)

so glad that you totally basked in the glory of your Sunday! hehehe ready for Monday to start up now? I hope so!!!heheh

Learning how to stop and take a break, enjoy some personal time, and recharge is important and not always easy, especially for those who tend always to be on the go. Generally, for those types, scheduling it into the calendar/diary is a good way to go; making it an appointment as such. Feeling guilty about taking a moment or two for oneself is unproductive and it's good you've ceased to do that.

Thanks for not tagging those users you mention, I hate it when people tag others for no reason.

I've done posts on that pizza thing before, a couple I think, so I'm not sure a third would be valid.

ah hehehe you've already done it then!!!
perhaps i'll come upon it!!!

yeah - i only tag people when I actually want/need them to join the conversation! hehehe
